Oh you have to be kidding me. Read the Masked Marvel's recap of last night's horror show.
*After giving up yet another home run, Ken Giles left the clubhouse without talking to the media.
*Mike Fiers still believes in Ken Giles:
It feels like something always happens that we can't finish these games. Giles' stuff is too good for him to continue scuffling. We trust in him. He'll come out in the 8th the next time and get the job done. We've seen it in the past.
*Evan Gattis - who hit a homer - is starting to heat up at the plate. Hinch:
There's a presence about him in the DH role that we sorely need. The top of our order has hit the ball very well. The bottom of our order has struggled a little bit. Having him get hot would be a plus for us.
*Carlos Gomez - who was hit on the hand on Wednesday - was somehow back in the lineup. Hopefully this changes as he turned a stand-up double into an out by being a complete idiot and trying, for no real good reason, to stretch it into a triple.
*Today's starter Chris Devenski got his "Dragon" nickname from Corpus manager Rodney Linares.
*Lance McCullers will throw another rehab start Monday in extended spring training, shooting for 4-5 innings or 60-75 pitches.
