The Fresno Fresnoes never actually held the lead in this game, but they did stage some dramatic almost-comebacks, including a 9th inning 2-out grand slam by Matt Duffy to bring the Grizzlies within a run, but they couldn't get the tying run in a 9-8 loss at Albuquerque. Luis Cruz gave up 12H/5ER, 2K:0BB in 4.2IP; Jordan Jankowski struck out all four batters he faced; Jason Stoffel allowed 4H/4ER, 1K:0BB, and James Hoyt allowed 2H/0ER (but one of Stoffel's runs), 3K:2BB in 1.1IP.
