A jury is in its second day of deliberations in the Brandon Backe's lawsuit against Galveston police.

when he got into this altercation. If he was truly concerned about his
career he should of walked away from the altercation. I wish I was on

He was washed up as a pitcher to begin with and is using that beating to
get money, money, money. Just remember dummy, whenever you go to court
you are putting yourself in the hands of 12 people who aren't smart
enough to get out of jury duty.
