Within this Evan Drellich update we find that:
*Jon Singleton and Ronald Torreyes will be in camp by tomorrow.
Drellich sums it up:
Singleton’s absence is more notable than Torreyes’. Singleton is a
touted power-hitting prospect who’s in the mix for a starting job, at
first base. He’s someone who could have perhaps benefited from a
tone-setting, positive impression that an early arrival may have
created. The 22-year-old had a down season last year, emphasized by a
suspension for marijuana, but he also had a great winter in Puerto Rico.
Still, today is the full squad report date. It's not just a formality. But his girlfriend assures everyone that everything is fine.
*Japhet Amador is "on indefinite leave for a medical emergency."
