Source: 3B Jonathan Meyer gets big-league camp invite from #AstrosMeyer was the Astros' 3rd round pick in the 2009 draft. In his debut Double-A year in 2013, Meyer hit .260/.318/.403 with 15 HR, a nice (and surprising) jump from his eight homers in Lancaster in 2012 with virtually the same number of plate appearances. At Corpus, he hit .283/.354/.467 compared to .238/.280/.340 away from Whataburger Field. His season somewhat crashed in August, when he hit .214/.250/.337 after hitting .271/.331/.421 from Opening Day to July 31.
