Corpus

San Antonio struck first with three runs in the bottom of the first, and Corpus responded with two runs in the top of the 3rd. It was 3-2 San Antonio in the bottom of the 7th when the Missions tacked on another run to make it 4-2. Corpus got two back in the top of the 8th...and gave two back in the bottom half of the inning. But wait! Corpus scored two more runs in the top of the 9th to tie it up, and sent the game into extras. In the bottom of the 12th, San Antonio got a lead-off double, a groundout, and an intentional walk. Cory Spangenburg flew out to center, but a throwing error by Drew Muren scored that leadoff runner for the walk-off, 7-6 San Antonio win.
