Zach Johnson released

In somewhat of a surprise move, Corpus (via Houston) have released OF Zach Johnson, the 15th Round pick out of Oklahoma State in the 2011 draft. He hit 15 homers with 108 RBI for Lexington in 2012. He began the season with Lancaster, hitting .298/.362/.536 in twenty games before getting promoted to Corpus. In 42 games for the Hooks, Johnson hit .252/.324/.374.
