Here's what we know about scouts watching the Astros:
*The Orioles, Phillies (!), Pirates, Diamondbacks, Red Sox, and Giants were at last night's game watching Norris.
ESPN's Jerry Crasnick tweeted this morning that the Norris talks have accelerated since the All-Star Break. And while he doesn't name any teams, Crasnick mentions the Giants, Indians, Nationals, Dodgers, Red Sox, Pirates and, if they don't end up with Matt Garza, the Rangers.
*The Tigers are watching the Marlins, Brewers, Padres, Mariners, and Astros for bullpen help.
