With the 1st pick of the 36th Round (1067th overall), the Astros select 6'5" 225lb LHP J.D. Osborne from Wofford College.
Osborne was 2-1 with a 4.86 ERA in 33.1 innings with 37 strikeouts but 31 walks, though he did go all season without allowing a home run.
