With the 1st pick of the 13th Round (377th overall), the Astros select 6'3" 190lb Kyle Westwood, a Senior RHP from the University of North Florida.
Baseball America ranked him #412 in their national Top 500. In 2013, Westwood went 62.1IP, allowing 68H/26ER, 12BB:71K, going 4-1 with a 3.75 ERA in limited time this season after suffering a pulled hamstring back on March 23. He was previously drafted in the 44th Round (1316th overall) by the Baltimore Orioles back in 2009.
