Turns out the PTBNL is 21-year old outfielder Jose Monzon. Monzon was signed as an amateur free agent as a 17-year old and spent a year in the Dominican Summer League. From 2010-2012 he was in the GCL ('10) and Greeneville ('11-12) and has had one season, 2010, with an OPS over .700. In 183 career minor league games he has hit .213/.318/.292.

Astros and Rockies complete that one trade
File this under, "Oh yeah," but the Astros and Rockies had not completed this past off-season's Wilton Lopez trade, in which the Astros received Alex White and Jake Gyllenhaal Alex Gillingham for Lopez and a PTBNL.
