Brian McTaggart is reporting that he picked up Larry Bowa from the airport today, but is only in town for "baseball-related matters," not necessarily regarding the open managerial position.
Luhnow, who picked up Bowa at the airport on Friday morning, wouldn’t confirm whether Bowa was a candidate for the full-time managerial position. Bowa, before leaving the airport, said he was meeting to “exchange baseball ideas.”
This will be good, because I've been thinking of a "Bowa Constrictor" meme for quite some time.
