Before the Blue Jays got themselves some Colby Rasmus, the Astros and Blue Jays were talking about "speedy centre-fielder Michael Bourne" (Canadians and their gratuitous vowels!):
The Astros scoured the Jays' minor-league ranks at double-A New Hampshire and class-A Dunedin. The Jays ended up acquiring centre fielder Colby Rasmus from the St. Louis Cardinals instead.
