Round Rock showed some fight last night in an 11-4 win over Sacramento. Sacramento scored runs in four separate innings, and Round Rock answered in three of those innings. Yorman Bazardo threw 6.1IP, 7H/4ER, 7K:2BB, Fernando Abad allowed 2H (2K) in 1IP, and Jonah Bayliss got tagged with 3H/3ER, 1K:1BB in 1.2IP. Mike Modical allowed 3H/3R (2ER), 1K:1BB in 0.1IP, and Kyle Godfrey allowed 1H/2R (1ER), 1K:1BB in 1.2UP. First of all on offense, big props to Jay Austin, who was 1x3 with a triple - his 11th - and a stolen base - his 50th. Despite the fact that Delmarva only got five hits, and committed three errors, the Legends still lost 2-1. Luis Cruz dominated with 7IP, 2H/0ER, 4K:3BB. Wander Alvino allowed a hit in 1IP, and Kirk Clark gets the blown save and the loss with 2H/2ER in 0.1IP as Delmarva walks off. Jiovanni Mier (RBI) and Jimmy Paredes were each 3x5. Jonathan Meyer drew two walks and got a hit. Our Boy Aaron Bray was 1x4. Call-up Ben Heath got the start, hitting 5th, and went 0x3 with a walk.
