The NY Post's Joel Sherman talked to an AL exec who said that teams are starting to warm up to Lance Berkman, because Washington is asking too much/can't decide if they want to part with (sound familiar?) Adam Dunn.
Further:
Berkman also would have to waive no-trade, but could be lower cost, probably lower production for teams that don't like Dunn's price.
