I spent a lot of my dog-walking time this morning trying to figure out who the Astros would send down to Round Rock to make room for Berkman coming off the DL. Jared Wells and Nelson Payano were sent from Round Rock to Corpus, so it seemed as though something was imminent.
Turns out, it's nobody. Chris Johnson has been placed on the DL with a strained intercostal muscle. This is a muscle that that runs between the ribs and helps form the chest wall.
We didn't come out here to play tiddlywinks, son.
